I can’t say enough nice things about the work Curtis Custom Woodworking did in our home! To start, Jonathan was extremely easy to work with, under less than favorable circumstances! We found out our builder didn’t have a plan for our bar area (the focal point of our home, from all angles!), and Jonathan stepped in, in 3 weeks, used our own walnut, and produced a product that far outshines any other cabinetry in the entire house! His attention to detail and knowledge were a breath of fresh air! He went above and beyond and our bar speaks for itself! It is the hub of our home and we are very proud to show it off! With rush charges and all, was still pleasantly surprised with the price point! I know what my other cabinets cost, that are not as fine, with still plenty of issues, and the Curtis Custom Woodworking bar outshines them all!

This is a beautiful piece, very well made with lots of character. Jonathan was responsive and accommodating to a number of custom requests we made. Quality is much better than what is being sold in the retail market at good stores like Ethan Allen.

I am absolutely delighted with my new dining table and bench. It fits beautifully in my ski home. I am thrilled to have discovered Jonathan on Etsy - to have a bespoke piece of furniture delivered to your door, at such a great price is amazing. I had trawled the usual big name stores and became very aware that reclaimed wood was traveling from England to China and then back to Maine! Not a wonder shipping costs are so high. I will continue to use Etsy for as many purchases as I can. I can't say enough great things about the service, quality and wow factor of my new furniture.

I can't say enough: Jonathan is great to work with, very responsive and answered all my many, many questions with patience and speed. He sent pictures of his sketch (we were getting a custom piece) and photos as our buffet was being built, finished and stained. Tons of great communication, which was reassuring when making a big purchase like this. The buffet is GORGEOUS. The wood is stunning, it's beautifully made, super-sturdy and just all-around amazing. I can't believe I could have gone to a box store and paid more for something much less well-made and with so much less character. This is an heirloom and we are thrilled. Don't be scared to order custom furniture through Etsy! I was and I'm SO glad I took the chance.

What a beautiful piece of furniture. The nice pictures could not even do it justice. We are very pleased with the communication and the exceptionally fast shipping. This was the best packed piece of furniture we have ever received. Curtis furniture is high on our favorites list.
